Shipping & Delivery

Coffee Warehouse uses Canada Post to ship all orders. During the checkout process, you can choose to have it delivered to your door or you can select which post office you would like to pick it up from. If you are registered with us, the progress of your order can be viewed in your account details under the "My Orders" link. 

Any orders that are shipped to the U.S. are shipped using Canada Post - U.S.A. Expedited Parcel or XpressPost.
Depending on which state you reside, the shipping times may vary. On average the total shipping time is 5-7 business days. However, for a number of "lower" states (Florida, Texas, Louisiana etc.) shipping times are usually between 6-10 business days. A full tracking number is provided with all orders allowing you to track your orders progress.

 

Flat Rate Shipping ( Canada Only )

Coffee Warehouse is shipping all orders to Canadian residents at a flat rate of $10.99 CDN per order. This offer is available to Canadian residential addresses only. This offer is not available for addresses in Nunavut(NV) Northwest Territories (NWT) or the Yukon(YK) or remote northern areas of Quebec(QC).

To avoid any delays and additional charges for shipping please ensure that you select the correct shipping method for your country and province or territory at the time of your order.

 

FREE Shipping ( Canada Only )

 

All orders that are over $150.00 CDN before any applicable taxes are shipped to you for free. This offer is available to Canadian addresses only.

Unfortunatley, this offer isn't available for customers living in the Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut or certain remote areas in Québec at this time. 

To avoid any delays and additional charges for shipping, Please ensure that you select the correct shipping method for your country and province or territory at the time of your order. If an order is received with an incorrect shipping method & charge, we will contact you to discuss the additional shipping costs that may be owing (if any). 

 

Shipping Surcharges

Certain remote areas within Canada have a limited delivery service and this results in a high shipping cost with Canada Post.

Our website will allow these orders to process with normal rates, however we may be unable to offer you the flat rate and/or free shipping. In these remote regions, we will subsidize the first $15 of the shipping cost on orders over $150, before taxes. Anything over, our customer service department will contact you. We apologize in advance for any delays or inconvenience this may cause.

Returns & Replacements

If you are not completely satisfied with an item that you have ordered and received, you may return the item to us for either an exchange or full refund (minus the shipping) on regular priced merchandise within 14 days of original purchase. All sale items are final. There are also no refunds or exchanges for opened Lampe Berger fragrances, consumables & food, which includes coffee, k-cups or Tassimo T-Discs. 

In the event of an item being damaged in transit, please contact us to let us know. We will arrange to have a replacement for you, along with a return shipping label for the damaged item. Photographic evidence may be requested by us if you receive an item that is damaged and wish for an exchange.

If you have something you would like to return you can use our contact form with a full description and reason for your exchange or return. Please remember to include your order number & telephone number so we can contact you if we need to.

Coffee Warehouse accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express. All amounts are displayed and billed in Canadian dollars. Coffee Warehouse will hold promotional events and online savings from time to time. Please be sure to sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.

Once registered you can sign into your account and access your order information and any pending status updates associated with your order like shipping updates or any backordered notice details.

 

Updating Account Information

Once registered and signed in, you can access your account settings and make any updates to your information. You are able to access and update your addresses, change your password and access the status of your order(s). You can also view your order history and any subscriptions you may be associated with for particular product email marketing or coupon codes.
